  Years ago I bought some paint from them. Now recently I wanted to touch up the rooms. I stopped by and asked for the exact same colors I had ordered before and they mixed the 3 colors up and handed them to me. I asked about colors and if they may have changed any since the last order and they said it should be the same. It didn't match ... none of them were even close. Even the most basic customer service have been thoughtful enough to have at least let me look at a color swatch before mixing it (which I would have known right away that at least one was not the same, it was that different). Now I have spent over 50 dollars with them and 4 hours chasing back and forth and I have nothing to show for it. They would not accept my returns even though they clearly changed their colors since my last purchase. The manager offered no apology or price break for their failure. Taking my business elsewhere was easy. There are other places that will take returns if their paints don't match and staff that are much more helpful.
